Maria dances since a very young age and in 2007 she joined Rimaz dance company in Palestine and performed in many international and local festivals.

She is also part of Rabeah Morkus dance studio community where she practice dance and together with other dancing developing a dance scene in the region.

She performed in various dance and theater pieces such as: Belebele bel, Khashabi ensemble Haifa, Palestine 2012; Love is my religion, Rimaz dance company, 2008-2016 Palestine; AL Sera Wel Masera, Rimaz dance company 2010 Palestine; Badke a co-production between KVS, Le Ballets C de la B & A.M. Qattan Foundation and directed by Koen Augustijnen, Rosalba Torres & Hildegard De Vuyest, international tour, 2016.

Behind These Walls I know There Is a Sea is a co-production between Sareyyet Ramallah, Palestine/Ramallah Contemporary dance Festival 2017 & Athanasia Kanellopoulou, directed by Athanasia Kanellopoulou.

She also took part in various dance workshops such as: DFI festival, Doha\Qattar, 2010. Brave kids festival, Poland 2013, Ukraine Festival 2009 .

Maria joined Stereo48 Dance company in 2016 and she’s holding the tittle of Dancer/ Performer in Hiphop Geez, Journey To Jerusalem and False awakening Dance series.
